Let me help organize and coordinate your special event! 

 

There are many last minute needs that arise just before your big event.  It is impossible to anticipate them all, and that is where I come in.  I will be the person at your event that will bring all your plans together to make it happen!  I will be your go-to person, and I will provide you peace of mind knowing someone is there for you to tie up all the loose ends and make your day come together in the way you planned and hoped it would.

 

The services listed below are just a few of the tasks I have completed for my many happy clients over the past 10 years:

  • Coordinating and timing of all the planned activities at your event

  • Directing guests and guiding them through the event

  • Assisting with serving refreshments and meals

  • Working within the space – setting up additional seating and tables, and maintaining a pleasant and clean space

  • Communicating continuously with vendors, such as caterers, entertainers, venue personnel, and clean-up crew

  • Decorating

  • Greeting and thanking guests

  • Distributing and collecting materials

  • Assisting special guests, keynote speakers, and venue personnel with event organization

  • Helping with transitions and effectively accommodating any last minute changes

  • Operating audio/visual equipment

      and

  • Anything else you need!

These are just a few examples of the many ways in which I can help make your event come together.

Fees for all events (except weddings):

 

The first meeting to discuss your plans is free!

 

Coordinating your event, up to 4 hours

$150

Coordinating your event, up to 6 hours

$175

Coordinating your event, up to 8 hours $215

Cleaning and take-down:

$75

Travel outside the Portland/Metro Area

$25 (for every 50 miles)

Additional meetings

$25 each
