I will successfully organize and coordinate your special day so you can enjoy yourself! 


You have done an amazing job planning your own wedding, hiring individual vendors for flowers, food, decorations, and music, which is what many couples are choosing to do now.  This choice has allowed you to add all the special touches that are important to you. 


Even though you have planned everything perfectly, you will still need the expertise of someone who knows how to bring your event together, while you are actually enjoying your special day.   This is the service I provide for you.  I am a coordinator for timing, directing and greeting guests, having activities announced in the order you’ve decided, and ensuring your day flows exactly the way you want it to.  I am your go-to person and I take care of those last-minute, unanticipated items that often come up during the ceremony and reception.


My day-of coordination services will allow your guests to relax and enjoy your wedding with you.  Without a wedding coordinator, the wedding party, family, and friends most often end up running around, doing all the last-minute coordinating, when they really just want to enjoy your event.  Do yourself and them a favor...allow me to direct your big day so that it can be everything you’ve imagined!



Here are the services I provide:

  • Meeting with you in advance to discuss your wedding plans (this first meeting is free)

  • Attending your rehearsal to ensure the wedding party's organization and timing

  • Walking through the venue with you (if possible) to ensure my understanding of exactly how you envision your day

  • Assisting with bouquets and boutonnieres before the ceremony

  • Organizing and timing of the wedding party’s entrance and exit at the wedding

  • Timing and coordinating with the DJ or musicians before, during, and after the ceremony

  • Providing information and constant support to the bride, groom, and wedding party at the venue

  • Greeting guests and making general announcements

  • Communicating with parents and extended family about seating, timing, and other necessary information

  • Directing friends and family to the guest book and gift table

  • Directing guests to all activities during the reception:

    • Receiving line/presentation of the newlyweds

    • Cocktail hour

    • Buffet/Dinner announcement

    • Toasts

    • Special dances

    • Desserts and cake cutting

    • Garter/bouquet tosses

    • or any other reception activity

  • Coordinating with photographers for pre-ceremony, ceremony, and post-ceremony photos

  • Delivering payment to the individuals who have provided services at your wedding

  • Making sure your wedding certificate and license are in a safe location

  • Staying through your last planned activity (usually right before the dance party begins) to ensure that all the above  flows smoothly
