Let me help organize and coordinate your special day! 

 

There are many last minute needs that arise just before your big event.  It is impossible to anticipate them all, and that is where I come in.  I will be the person at your wedding that you can ask to do just about anything!  The services listed below are just a few of the tasks I have completed for my many happy clients over the past 10 years.  I can be your go-to person, and I will give you peace of mind knowing someone is there for you, to tie up all the loose ends and make your day come together in the way you have always dreamed it would!

 

Many couples are opting to do their own wedding coordinating ; they hire individual service workers for flowers, food, decorations, and music, which is an economical and practical way to go.  Without the traditional coordinator, however, this leaves many small, yet necessary, tasks to friends and family just before the big event.

 

My day-of coordination services will allow your friends and family to relax and enjoy your wedding with you.  The last thing you want is to see them stressed and running last-minute errands!

 

Do yourself and them a favor...let me do the running so you can all enjoy the day!

 

 

Here are just some of the services I provide:

  • Organizing and timing of the wedding party’s entrance and exit at the rehearsal and the wedding

  • Timing and coordinating with the DJ or musicians during the ceremony

  • Adjusting wardrobe

  • Providing information to the bride, groom, and wedding party at the venue

  • Greeting guests and making general announcements

  • Communicating with parents and extended family about seating, timing, and other necessary information

  • Placing and adjusting the aisle runner, flowers or petals, and candles

  • Setting up the guest table and directing people to sign the guest book

  • Organizing and directing the placement of gifts as people arrive

  • Coordinating with photographers for pre-ceremony, ceremony, and post-ceremony photos

  • Delivering payment to the individuals who have provided services at your wedding

  • Assisting with bouquets and boutonnieres 

  • Making sure your wedding certificate and license are in a safe location

  • Being responsible for the wedding rings before the ceremony

  • Arranging the altar table and preparing it for any special in-ceremony events (flower presentation, unity candle, sand ceremony, hand fasting, for example)

      and

  • Anything else you need!

You did an awesome job!  I got so many compliments on the wedding--without you, it wouldn’t have been possible.  If I meet anyone that is even considering a wedding, I will be sure to pass on your info.  Thank you again for doing such an outstanding job for us--we really appreciate it.

The first meeting to discuss your plans is free!

       

Coordination of your wedding ceremony

$125

Coordination of your rehearsal and ceremony

$175

Coordination of your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception(through the end of the last planned reception activity) $250
Cleaning and take-down $75

Travel outside the Portland/Metro Area

$25 (for every 50 miles)

Additional meetings

$25 each
